Terms of Sale for Students only

1. Orders will be filled within 48 hours by Fedex or UPS Ground; allow 3-5 days for transit for East Coast and 5-7 days for West Coast.

2. Books can be returned within four weeks at your own shipping costs, and must be NEW and unspoiled and unmarked. We will refund your money LESS $10 for shipping and handling if we originally shipped to you on East Coast and $14 for West Coast. You will also incur the Paypal fee imposed on the amount refunded.

3. Open Mentis is not responsible for typographical errors, errors in layout, organization of materials, content, printing quality or binding quality of the book. All such deficiencies are considered “normal” and customary and do not constitute a defective product.
   

4. If the product is visibly and significantly damaged such that it is rendered unsuitable for use, customer must notify us within ten days of receipt and await advice for return of merchandise. Upon receipt of merchandise, Open Mentis will ship at its own cost another copy of the book. 
   

5. Open Mentis expressly denies any responsibility for any consequences accruing due to your use of any information in the book.

6. Books will usually be shipped within 3 business days. Books will be shipped by UPS or Fedex or USPS or DHL GROUND unless the customer has specified faster means at an extra charge and has paid for it. Open Mentis is not responsible for any delay caused by the carrier service.
